Today’s activity includes listening to the recording of my session, “Training the Mind Against the Enemy”.

This topic focuses on how we are to be alert and of sober mind (1 Peter 5:8) because the thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10-11). Thankfully, we have been given authority to overcome the enemy, (Luke 10:19), which we can do by putting on the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-17). After listening to this topic, ask yourself the following questions and note your responses. I suggest writing these in your journal for referencing again later.
- What epiphanies or key insights did you have from today’s topic and scripture?
- What does this tell us about how we can train our mind to resist the thief or the enemy and secure our positive thinking?
- In what ways have you personally experienced victories in this area, either big or small?
